  • Initial Consultation + Report of Findings

    Your unique healing journey and peace of mind begin with your Initial Consultation. During this 2-hour session, we will dive into a comprehensive health history assessment, where you’ll share your personal story, current concerns, and health goals. This information will help us uncover your unique constitution, identify any imbalances, and create a personalized path to healing.

    After the assessment, we’ll schedule a follow-up report of findings session. In this meeting, we’ll explore the significance of your constitution (Prakruti) and how to restore balance to your body, mind, senses, and soul using Ayurvedic principles.

    You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of Ayurveda's foundational wisdom, a summary of your Prakruti (constitution) and Vikruti (current imbalances), and personalized recommendations to begin integrating into your daily life.

  • Devoted to the Process Package

    This introductory package is designed for new clients who are ready to begin their healing journey. We’ll start with an in-depth initial consultation, followed by a report of findings session. Then, we’ll meet three more times, every other week, for 60 minutes.

    Throughout our sessions, I’ll provide you with the education and tools you need to implement consistent, sustainable habits. Our follow-ups will give us the opportunity to address any challenges you may encounter and discuss strategies for overcoming them. Each week, I’ll introduce new tools, techniques, practices, and recipes, all thoughtfully tailored to support your unique path toward balance and health.

  • Seasonal Tune Ups

    Just as the seasons of life ebb and flow—both figuratively and literally—so too does our health. After your initial consultation, I recommend regular seasonal tune-ups to help you navigate these natural transitions. These 1-hour sessions will build on the foundation we've already established, providing continued support for your ongoing health journey.

  • Basti

    Book this deeply relaxing, hour-long session where warm, medicated oil is gently poured over specific areas of your body. Rooted in ancient tradition, this practice is designed to enhance circulation, tone muscles and organs, alleviate chronic pain, rejuvenate the body, boost immunity, lubricate and nourish the joints, ease discomfort, and much more.

    Basti can be applied to various areas, including—but not limited to—the knees, lower back, kidneys, spine, shoulder blades, heart, navel, and womb.

  • Ayurvedic Cooking Class

    Spend the afternoon with me as I guide you through using food as medicine in your own kitchen. We'll explore the spices, pantry staples, and fresh produce that best support your unique constitution, as well as the current season. Together, we'll prepare a few nourishing recipes, so you can feel more confident in the kitchen and learn how to cook for optimal health and wellness.es here
