1:1 Ayurvedic Guidance
Your unique path to balance begins with an Initial Consultation, a 2-hour session where we dive into your personal health story, current concerns, and goals. Together, we’ll uncover your constitution (Prakruti), identify any imbalances, and create a personalized plan to support your body, mind, and daily rhythms.
Following the consultation, we meet for three 60-minute follow-up sessions, scheduled every other week. These sessions give us space to refine your plan, explore new practices, techniques, and recipes, and address any challenges that arise. The goal is to help you implement consistent, sustainable habits that support lasting well-being.
As life and seasons shift, your needs may change. Many clients find seasonal tune-ups helpful — one-hour sessions that build on the foundation we’ve created, offering guidance and adjustments to help you navigate transitions with ease and clarity.
By the end of your initial series, you’ll have:
A clear understanding of your constitution (Prakruti) and current imbalances (Vikruti)
Personalized recommendations tailored to your daily life

Spend the afternoon with me as I guide you through using food as medicine in your own kitchen. We'll explore the spices, pantry staples, and fresh produce that best support your unique constitution, as well as the current season. Together, we'll prepare a few nourishing recipes, so you can feel more confident in the kitchen and learn how to cook for optimal health and wellness

Basti
Book this deeply relaxing, hour-long session where warm, medicated oil is gently poured over specific areas of your body. Rooted in ancient tradition, this practice is designed to enhance circulation, tone muscles and organs, alleviate chronic pain, rejuvenate the body, boost immunity, lubricate and nourish the joints, ease discomfort, and much more.
Basti can be applied to various areas, including—but not limited to—the knees, lower back, kidneys, spine, shoulder blades, heart, navel, and womb.
